Join me tomorrow!

Don't forget, 7 am BOOTCAMP tomorrow! We will be inside and outside. The workout is divided so you can leave anytime after the 30 min mark and still have accomplished a great workout. The total workout will last 50 minutes. It is also designed for all strength and ability levels so please come out and join in the fun! Open to members and nonmembers ($5).

Deadlift cycle finished with an average 30 # increase in everyone's Deadlift. Now we add more agility to the strength. This next cycle will combine all the basic functional movements while incorporating the cardio aspect involved in many of your favorite obstacle races. Even if you have not taken part in a previous cycle, we can get you ready for most obstacles that may come your way.

First session is this Saturday at Chatham Community Park. Sessions are open to members and nonmembers. Please reach out with any questions or to sign up/schedule your assessment. Even if you may miss a week or two, we can work around it.

Did you know movement should be pain free? 😮 And just because a movement is painful doesn't mean you should never do it again. 😮 It means your body is telling you there is an imbalance that needs to be fixed before doing the movement. This is why we do assessments before an athlete takes part in RedCon. We want to know what we need to strengthen and correct.

The last session focused on Back Squats which brought to light any imbalances that led to back pain. Yet every member successfully increased their Back Squat without being painful after. This was accomplished by training with proper form, accessory movements, and mobility to gain proper functional movement.

✨️💪There is a difference between training and training with a purpose.✨️💪

❤️❤️ We are wrapping up our first session of Redcon Power and, between yesterday and today, we have retested the ladies of the group (the rest get to catch up when they are back in town). Over the course of 6 weeks, the average increase in Back Squat 5RM was 36 #! Minimum increase was 20 # (with a bum ankle) and max was 45 #. Yet, it is not just the amazing PR's but the confidence that has truly impressed me. Not being afraid of the challenge! Always surround yourself with people who will believe in you and challenge you!

Hey everyone! With classes cancelled tomorrow at Rocket, I thought I would send out a minimal equipment version similar to what we would have done tomorrow:

12 Days of Christmas (like the song)
1- Burpee
2- Box Jump (or chair/stool step up)
3- Push up
4- Sit up
5- Ground to OH (pick something to pick up-that heavy present you've been eyeing 🤣)
6- Flutter kicks (per leg)
7- Squats
8- Plank Shoulder Taps
9- Tricep Dips
10- Skaters
11- Glute Bridge
12- Jumping Jacks
