Brow lamination is a perm for your eyebrows where the individual hairs are placed in a uniform direction making them appear fuller and more polished. The results last up to 4-6 weeks. My #1 favorite product in my routine is this magical serum. I change out products here and there but this one always makes the cut. I use this every morning under my moisturizer and it gives me the most incredible glow.

Vitamin C is a wonderful anti aging ingredient, it protects your skin, brightens pigmentation, helps reverse damage, and a slew of other benefits 😉

Confession: I occasionally have to completely force myself to do my nighttime skincare routine 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I completely understand how exhausting life can be and what it feels like to use every last bit of energy to crawl into bed. But I also know that if I don't properly care for my skin, it won't look the way I want it to. One way that I am able to get my skincare in is to do it before I start relaxing for the night. As soon as I lay my little one down, I'm in the bathroom getting my skincare on. It's national aesthetician day!! I'm not sure what all that entails exactly, but hey, any excuse for a celebration, amirite?!

I'm so incredibly grateful and lucky that I get to be an aesthetician. It's truly my dream job and I can't even explain how happy and fulfilled I am. I absolutely love going to work and I adore the ladies who I get to work with. Of course my favorite part of my job is my clients 🥰🥰 I'm so honored that they trust me with their skin, eyelashes, and eyebrows. I look forward to every single appointment and I love getting to know my clients a little better after each visit. They're the reason that I get to do what I do and I'm so appreciative!

Happy Fall and welcome to my favorite season!! This cooler weather is giving me so much life! One of the (many) reasons I love fall so much is because it's the perfect time to "undo" the damage to your skin caused by the summer sun. We have a variety of treatments available to help correct your skin. Microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments for sun spots are my favorite treatments for this season. Set up a consultation with me and we can choose a treatment that best suits your needs!!

It kind of goes without saying that SPF is one of the most important steps in your skincare routine! Especially if you're trying to take preventative measures for aging skin. Also, sunscreen isn't just for summertime! It's important to make sun protection a part of your daily life. It's also not just for your face! Arms, hands, and chest areas get a lot of sun exposure and are prone to sun spots! I know sunscreen can be sticky, but a good way to minimize stickiness is to mix a small amount of spf in with your daily moisturizer and lotion😉 My favorite sunscreen is the ZO by Obagi sunscreen and primer (for the days I wear makeup) and also ZO broad spectrum spf for no makeup days and body. Happy International Self Care Day!! I can't stress enough how important it is to take time for yourself to do something that makes YOU feel good. We often get wrapped up in being a good mom/dad/wife/husband/girlfriend/ boyfriend/family member/ friend/business owner/employee that we forget to do anything for ourselves! Taking the time to do something for yourself is not selfish, it's necessary!! Your very well being depends on it. Be nice to yourself. The better you feel, the better you can be for the people who depend on you.
