• Bring (and use) hand sanitizer
• Before diving into the candy bowl, choose only pieces that are fully wrapped and when you get home, wipe the wrappers with a disinfectant.
• Maintain a proper social distance of at least 6 feet
• Remember, this is the best year to wear a mask!

Why PT? I love working with patients on their personalized goals, using exercise as medicine and connecting patients to resources in the community to help them even after they're discharged from formal PT. I enjoy the challenge of convincing people to start some kind of physical activity (that they end up enjoying) or helping them return to the activities they love to do without pain and with improved confidence; whether it's hiking (my favorite), Pilates, running marathons, yoga, tai chi, jujitsu, or safely navigating cobblestone streets abroad. #NPTM #PivotProud

#ShoutOutSunday to one of our amazing Regional Presidents, Brian Beaulieu! He was entered as an inspiration by an anonymous co-worker. "This guy sees the WHOLE picture! Did you know that he recently was in the clinic seeing patients to help cover for a staff member that was out due to the birth of their child? I once saw him walking around with a scuba tank. Why, you may ask? He was just in a clinic's pool trying to find where a patch was needed. He leads by example!" We want photographic proof of Brian in a scuba tank! #NPTM #PivotProud
#SpotlightSaturday on our Talent Acquisition team who participated in the University of Maryland School of Medicine Official Page PT Career Fair.
