Stop trying to survive your evolution in a silo 💔
For a long time, we’ve been fed the script that healing is a completely isolated mission. We do the quiet, heavy shadow work in private (because we're afraid for others to see the mess) but then we step right back into environments that demand our old compliance—the jobs that glorify burnout, the relationships that require us to swallow our boundaries, and the constant pressure to keep everyone else comfortable at our own expense.
Trying to protect your alignment while defending yourself against an unhealed world is a lonely kind of exhaustion. You don’t need more isolated self-care tips. You need a different room. True emotional clarity happens when you step into a shared collective energy—a space where your softness is protected, and your truth requires zero translation.
We are building that exact room in Chicago.
Comment “UNAPOLOGETIC”, and we'll send you the private invitation link so you can secure your summer mat before the circle closes.

These are the raw, unedited conversations we actually need to be having. 🕊️💔
How many of us are walking around right now feeling exactly like that shriveled paper Dixie cup, yet we keep pushing ourselves day after day? How many of us are terrified to admit that we are pouring from an absolutely empty cup because we still, on some deep level, believe our worth is tied to what we can do for others?
We’ve been conditioned to think that being the "strong one," the "reliable one," and the "good girl" is a badge of honor. But the truth is, it’s just a fast track to bitterness and burnout.
There is a massive shift happening right now. So many of us can feel it in our bones. We are collectively exhausted from performing. Tired of giving without ever receiving. Tired of constantly deprioritizing our own peace, our own joy, and our own bodies just to manage the emotional comfort of the world around us.
We don't need more surface-level tips. We need a room where we can put the armor down. A space where we can be.
Come sit in a circle where your truth requires no translation, and your softness is protected.

I spent years chasing titles, trying to "win" life, and being the hyper-productive one everyone could count on. I was doing all the "right things," but I was completely burned out and just over it. I felt unappreciated and like I was running on empty. I had spent so much time holding it all together for everyone else that I almost forgot who I was, what I actually enjoyed...how I had fun!
Slowly, I found my freedom in the simple things I used to overlook. My aromatherapy, my movement practice, taking myself on solo dates, and spending quiet evenings curled up with a book. These aren't just "wellness routines." They are the deeply intentional rituals that keep me anchored in a love so deep for myself that I can no longer tolerate people-pleasing. I can no longer be the version of me that de-prioritized herself for everyone else's needs.
If this feels relatable and you're ready to drop the weight of everyone else's EVERYTHING and remember who you are, your mat is waiting.

There is a specific kind of medicine that only happens when you hear another woman say, "Me too."
For a long time, I thought healing had to be done in isolation...that I had to lock myself away, unlearn all my conditioning, and figure out my shadows completely on my own before I could re-enter the world. But the truth is, we are all quietly craving the same thing: a real sense of community and togetherness. We want to know that we aren't the only ones feeling the invisible friction of trying to live authentically in a world that pressures us to conform. We need a space where our healed version can flourish with people who get it.
Community is an absolute necessity in the healing process. When we sit together, hear each other’s stories, and listen to the beautiful nuances of our different journeys, something shifts. You realize your experiences are wildly similar, yet uniquely your own. You get to witness how other women navigate their edges, and in that space, you stop feeling like an island. We aren't here to fix each other; we are here to support one another in this shared energy and remind each other who we are.
If you’ve been doing the heavy lifting alone, this is your invitation to let your guard down and be held.

Nobody talks about the exhaustion of outgrowing your life before you’re free to leave it. 🕊️💔
I call it the liminal space. You’ve done the quiet, heavy work of peeling back the layers and revealing the masks. You know who you are now...or you're beginning to. But the world around you didn't change just because you woke up. Every single day, you walk back into environments, relationships, and workplaces that still expect the old version of you—the one who swallowed her boundaries, smiled through her burnout, and prioritized everyone else's comfort. It’s a violent kind of friction to pretend you still fit into a box that your soul has completely shattered.
That restlessness you’re feeling isn't a problem to be managed; it’s the edge of becoming unapologetic. It’s your heart refusing to stay numb. You are tired of translating your growth for people who only loved you when you were shrinking. Self-love isn't a luxury routine; it is the ultimate act of sovereignty required to stop participating in your own suffering.
You don’t have to play the part here. On August 1st, we are building a room where you can drop the performance completely and allow your voice to take up space.

What happened in this room cannot be fully translated into words. But the shift in our bodies said everything. 🕊️✨
In May, we gathered at Moksha Yoga Chicago ॐ for Anchored. We sat in an intimate circle of women who were all quietly exhausted from performing wellness, managing stress, and carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs. We listened, we shared frustrations, we laughed, and we looked at our heavy emotions not as parts to be "fixed," but as a somatic communication system trying to return us to our power.
Our biggest takeaway? Women do not need more clinical tips or another surface-level self-care routine. We need spaces where our softness is protected and our truth requires no translation. This country runs on ambient anxiety, and we refuse to wait for permission to feel safe. We are becoming our own collective resource.
The ground is broken. Now, it’s time to expand.
Part 2 of our event series is officially open: Her Becoming: Unapologetic.
On August 1st, we are returning to the sanctuary to move from our roots into our heart and throat chakras. Sam Kasmer will lead us through somatic movement while we guide you through intimate conversations and aromatherapy rituals to support you as you move through your journey. We're throwing away the performance, dropping the guilt, and exploring how to reconnect with yourself through raw vocal activation, heart-opening somatic flows, and intentional ritual support tools.

Happy Sunday ❤️
We came to put the masks down. We left with our hands full of our own power.
No words can completely capture the energy that filled the room this weekend. On Saturday, we gathered as an intimate circle of women to practice the soft rebellion of slowing down. We talked about the quiet ways we abandon ourselves "for the greater good," and we began looking at our heavy emotions not as a machine that needs a "fix," but as a beautifully wise body trying to communicate.
Yes, it got uncomfortable. True shedding always does. It required a fierce kind of softness to look at our shadows and acknowledge how we actively participate in our own suffering. But the magic happened when we let our guards down anyway. We allowed ourselves to reveal the old beliefs that have been keeping us small, and in return, we felt the profound safety of being held by a community of authentic, beautiful women. No performance. No armor. Just a return home to self. Our hearts are completely full.
The ground has been broken, but the journey doesn’t end here. On August 1st, we are gathering for the next installment of our series, Her Becoming: Unapologetic. We are moving from the lower chakras to the Heart and Throat —shifting from being safely anchored to standing fiercely in our truth and expression. Tickets are officially live.
