So… apparently someone keeps reporting my business page. 🤦🏽‍♀️

According to these reports, my business name isn’t mine, I’m using someone else’s pictures, and—wait for it—I somehow stole my own face because my cartoon illustrations “aren’t really me.” 😂 Y’all, I can’t make this stuff up.

For the record, my business is named after my daughter, and I can prove I own it. Every soap, body butter, sugar scrub, body oil, lip gloss, and candle is handmade by me. I have real-time videos documenting the entire process from start to finish. This business is built with my own hands, my own creativity, and a whole lot of love.

Nothing I post violates community standards. I don’t post anything offensive or inappropriate. I’m simply sharing my products, my journey, and hopefully inspiring others to chase their dreams.

To the person constantly reporting my page… are you okay? Seriously. That’s a lot of energy to spend trying to tear down someone who’s simply minding the business that literally pays them.

Instead of trying to stop someone else’s blessings, use that same energy to build your own. Start that business. Chase that dream. Create something you’re proud of. There’s room for all of us to win.

As for me? I’ll keep creating. I’ll keep growing. I’ll keep praying. And I’ll keep showing up every single day.

Today, 07/06, marks 4 long years since you’ve been gone. 07/06/2022 forever changed our lives, and I’m just not the same without you here with me.

I’m not even sure how I’m feeling or what I’m feeling. I just know that my life will never be the same without you. I’m forever left with a huge, gaping hole in my heart 💔, and I don’t know if it will ever truly heal. ❤️‍🩹

After 18+ years together, all we have left are memories and pictures of what once was.

I honestly believe that’s one of the biggest clichés someone can say to a person who’s grieving. Time doesn’t erase love. It doesn’t erase loss. It simply teaches you how to carry the pain.

I’ve had more sad days than happy ones. 😔 I’ve cried more tears than I ever thought were possible. 🥹😭

You missed Duke’s high school graduation. 🎓

You missed Sugar Plums’ 8th grade graduation. 🎓

Now Duke is about to graduate from UTI next month. Watching him reminds me so much of you. He has your strength, determination, and perseverance. When he sets his mind to something, he gets it done.

Baby Girl continues to amaze me every single day. She’s teaching herself multiple languages and has already learned to write the Japanese, Chinese, German, and Russian alphabets. She challenges herself to learn something new every day and constantly pushes herself to grow.

I know you’re proud of both of them.

I know you’d be cheering louder than anyone, clapping the hardest, and celebrating every milestone they reach.

This is a pain I never wanted our children to experience, especially at such a young age.

But I made you a promise…

I’ve got the kids.

We’ll get through this together.

I’ll continue loving them enough for the both of us, reminding them every day just how much their daddy loved them, and making sure they know that your legacy lives on through them.
