Founder - Aynesha Wallace BSN, RN 🤍

Aynesha received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. After two years of working as a medical surgical nurse, she began her travel nursing career.

Entering travel nursing at the start of a pandemic, she had the opportunity to travel across the country to help facilitates in need of nurses. Aynesha recently accepted an icu position and is being cross trained on seven specialty units at a Level 1 trauma center.

She founded Nurse Pacesetters Inc. a non profit organization with the mission to build a local nursing community by providing scholarship, mentorship, and education to nurses and health workers during their nursing journey.

Although nursing is her passion, it is not her life. Travel nursing taught her self care and work life balance is important. She enjoys international travel, content creation, fashion, and meeting new people.

“Nursing is not easy, but if you are resilient, have a passion, a support system, and resources, you will be successful and it will all be worth the hard work. Nursing has allowed me to live the life that is meant for me. I want to help you live the life you deserve.”

Greeting everyone! I’m Tykia.

During my formative years, I was fortunate to engage in athletics. Despite the opportunity to pursue a continued athletic career, fate led me along a different trajectory.

In 2019, I completed my Master’s Degree in Social Work at St. Louis University, where I gained insight into mental health and the significant role of family dynamics in our lives. Soon after, I had the opportunity to work in healthcare and public health setting, where I learned about the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Despite what seemed like a fulfilling life, I experienced personal growth as a woman but lost myself physically.

In 2023, I became aware of significant weight gain, which impacted my overall wellness and mobility, prompting me to return to the gym. Along my fitness journey, I rediscovered my passion for fitness and gained insights into why I took a different path.

With a background in both fitness and mental health, I believe I am fulfilling my purpose. My aim is to continue my entrepreneurial journey by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, offering customized online plans, developing fitness programs, and assisting individuals in embracing healthier lifestyles.

Hey there! I’m Cherelle currently a Travel Med Surg Nurse. I graduated from SIUC with my BSN. After years of specializing in Med Surg, I recently made the exciting switch to Labor and Delivery. I’ve accepted a staff position at a Level 1 hospital in Chicago, IL.

I’ve also embarked on a new entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Apex EMS, an ambulance business, alongside two incredible business partners. This venture allows me to combine my medical expertise with my entrepreneurial spirit to provide top-notch medical services to communities in need.

On top of that, I’m also a proud mother to my soon-to-be 2-year-old son. Balancing motherhood, nursing, and entrepreneurship keeps me on my toes, but it’s all worth it for the ones I love!
