Still around here figuring it out as I go. Everyday I’m closer to the next version of myself. No yoga videos because my shoulder wasn’t happy with me for almost two weeks.

Life lightly consists of family, yoga and meditation…as I am in the midst of transitioning. I know it’s temporary and I’ll be whole again.

I surrender and trust my journey.

Doing mommy things this week 💕 donating books, braiding hair and cohosting a surprise gathering for my 25 year old. I hear, how could I have a 25 year old, I’m 43 and very grateful for this face and body!

My homegirl and I flew into Detroit for a day trip. Keep my promise of at least one day trip a month that’s not for work. A little networking and fun is good for you! We stopped to see Motown Museum’ psychedelic soul exhibit, ate at Dime Store | Brunch Restaurant anddddddd I had a moment to reclaim my desires.

Within me is a reservoir of love that
