Good evening; no one's orders have shipped in the US yet. Those receiving orders now are international customers whose orders shipped directly from our factory to them. The final shipment arrived in the US today and will be checked in in the next few days. Once everything is inspected and checked in, orders will start shipping, and when yours ships, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. You can also go on our site, log in to your account, check the status there, and even track the order from the website. When looking at your orders online, don’t confuse a canceled order for your order being canceled. If your original order is 17777, for example, and it was altered for any reason, the new order number will be the same 17777 with a letter after it, like 17777A or B or C, etc.

RE: LEGENDS COLLECTION:

Most of the outfits were made of silk in this collection, such as look 04’s top was made by silk organza, and many outfits were made with”in silk chiffon. They are super thin; the seams might be broken and the fabrics could be scratched. You need to pay special care to the outfits (Super careful!) while you are redressing the dolls. These fabrics are not synthetic.

Many props such as the wing shaped top, shell shaped top, shoe sole and the armor were made of resin, fragile, please be careful. They were not synthetic.
