The week is not over yet! Are you looking to work out and have no clue where to start? Do not worry, we have all been there. If you come in and enroll with us this week, our gym manager is offering a week's training plan for FREE, fully fit to your goals. If you come in during 9-6 Monday through Friday, she will also help show you form! We are proud of all of our members!

Just a thought as I stepped on the scale today and received texts from friends about diet, hunger, exercise, and weight. I lost 2 lbs this time. Most of us would say, “I only lost 2 lbs”, like it was the worst thing in the world. Guess what? It’s not! It’s 2 freaking pounds. I didn’t maintain. I didn’t gain. I lost. So next time you think of loss of pounds remember “ONLY” should NEVER EVER be used. It’s always a step forward no matter the number. Always remember the win is not always shown on the face of a scale. What are you wearing that you couldn’t/wouldn’t before? What are you doing that you were not comfortable doing before? These things are wins too! So get out there and win today! Love you! 💞

When you’re discouraged about where you are…STOP…Look at where you’ve been! Life is not a destination. It is a journey and as long as you are making that journey count and your days are getting a little better every day, you are a badass! Believe it or not, you have the secret that everyone wants. It’s all about balance, fun, health, happiness, and you doing your thing and you have already won!

Omgoodness! Tracy, where the heck have you been? Well, although you think I’ve been slacking…I’ve been living! Doing that other part of things I promote for your healthy lifestyle. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s all about balance. Although I haven’t been seen in my beloved gym for a minute until the other day I haven’t been sitting still. I have been moving and grooving. Taking care of me. Following grands to all the thangs…Wrestling, Baseball, Football, Birthdays, and so on. I’ve been more social. Taking care of my mental and emotional health as a priority for the first time. Also, going to Dr appointments, doing all the things we are supposed to do. Even got my mammogram in and scheduled an eye surgery. I can almost venture to say, I am happy! Whhhaaaaatttt, you say. Yes! As a fat girl, who has lived through some “stuff” in life. I am a healing yall! I’ve lost my 100 lbs and kept it off. I’ve even lost some more and plan on continuing the weight loss journey but we shall go into that later. But yeah, that’s where I have been. In the mean time you may see me in the gym or you may see me with family/friends, or even chasing dreams. Don’t hesitate to stop me and say “hi”! Health is our best asset. But it must come as a whole package not just in the form of a muscle gain or lb lost. Remember that. Love to you all!
