Mindful Destruction
“The first time I went mad”
🌀The focus and name of this entire series is “The Human Experience” , and this piece focuses solely on mental health and its effects. To be very transparent, OCD has been a battle I have fought my entire life, and creating has been one of the greatest outlets for me. This piece focuses on how destructive mental health, and specifically for me, OCD can be. I hope in sharing my experience and struggles that others can feel a sense of community and solidarity.
