Hello everyone! My name is Jamie. I love to try new recipes and find easy ways to do every day tasks.

I through this together with some left overs. The measurements are approximates. No measuring.
Crust:
1 cup Riced Broccoli
1 cup Riced Cauliflower
1 Egg
1/2 cup Almond Flour

Toppings:
1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce
Sliced Ham
Mozzarella Cheese

Bake the crust at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top the crust and bake another 15 minutes.

Don't throw those bananas away if they are slightly ripe and not using them for baking. Slice them, set them on a cookie sheet with either a baking mat, or parchment paper on top, and freeze them for 3 hours. Take them out and transfer them into a freezer bag and put them back in the freezer. These are great for smoothies!

Low Carb Bagels (also gluten free)

1 cup of Almond Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 egg
1 1/4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoons of Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine the almond flour and baking powder in a medium microwavable bowl. Add the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave at 30 second intervals until the cheese is melted (about a minute and a half). Add in your egg and mix well. Knead the dough until it is smooth. Divide the dough into 4 balls. Flatten each ball and cut or poke a whole in the middle. Brush the tops with olive oil and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add toppings if you like (everything bagel seasoning, swerve ("sugar") and cinnamon, etc. The possibilities are endless! Bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let them stand for 10 minutes and enjoy!
