Intuitive Bodywork by Kelly Arme

Craniosacral therapy can be helpful for infants/kids with difficult births, feeding issues, digestive issues like acid reflux and constipation, behavioral challenges, and so much more. You can now schedule online for pediatric visits (30min). Contact me with questions!

First day of work in over 3 years (paid, that is.. because being a stay at home parent is a LOT of work). In the past three years I have had a difficult birthing experience, moved homes, been through health challenges, and the ups and downs of being a new parent.

It wasn't my original plan to stay home, but our country kinda sucks at supporting families and affordable childcare.

I'm incredibly thankful for the special moments and how much I've grown/changed as a person in this time.

I'm excited to get to help others again feel better in their bodies. This is a big part of my identity and passion, and it's been a bit strange being away from this world.

We're all going through this wild life and the best I can do is meet you where you are in the day you arrive in my office and create space for you.
🤓🎉🎉💕

This past week I've been treating a handful of friends to get used to the space and I'm stoked to see clients (new and returning) officially next week! There are still a couple of spots left and plenty the following week. Book on my website. See you soon!

Psssst. Get on my books! I will be open as of Aug 24th!

Soon soon soon!

Coming along nicely 😃😃

Adding some wall pizzazz to the new office! More to come 😁

Update! I have secured a new office and will be sharing more reopening details soon!

Oh hi! I'm taking a Craniosacral workshop this weekend and getting pumped to reopen my practice later this year. I'm shooting for the fall and will be in a new Portland area location, so stay tuned for updates!
