Mother’s Favorite Recipe 🤍🌿

Nothing beats simple, clean ingredients straight from the orchard… and this one is a staple in our kitchen!

✨ Homemade Mayo ✨

Ingredients:
• 1 KATY Poultry egg (room temperature)
• 1 cup liquid oil (we use olive oil)
• 1 TBSP Mother’s ACV
• 1 tsp organic Dijon mustard
• Sea salt to taste
• 2 tsp organic garlic (optional—but we’re big garlic lovers around here!)

You’ll also need:
• Wide mouth mason jar
• Immersion blender

Instructions:
Start by adding your KATY egg to the jar.
Gently pour the oil over the egg, keeping it fully intact at the bottom.
Add your ACV, Dijon mustard, salt, and garlic right on top.

Place the immersion blender all the way to the bottom, covering the egg. Blend on high.
Once the bottom starts to turn creamy, slowly lift the blender to incorporate the rest.

In just moments, you’ll have rich, creamy, homemade mayonnaise! Store in the fridge and use within a few days.

All that mayo goodness—without any of the junk from big brands 🙌

If you’re new to kombucha, it’s a naturally fermented tea that’s a little tangy, and full of goodness. Packed with probiotics, it can help support gut health, boost digestion, and give you that clean, refreshing pick-me-up we all love.

We’re starting simple and cozy with our signature flavors:

Mother’s Favorite Recipe Alert🍎🌞

Out here on the orchard, this one is a warm-weather must! This homemade Catalina dressing is the perfect balance of light, sweet, and tangy—basically everything you want on a fresh spring or summer salad.

If you’re trying to eat clean and keep things simple, don’t forget to grab your ingredients from Rooted Harmony Market so you can make this your new go-to favorite too!

Healthy Homemade Catalina Dressing
⏱ Prep Time: 5 minutes
🥄 Yields: About 1 cup

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Bacon and Coffee catsup
• 1/4 cup Mother's Natural Ferments apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
• 2–3 tbsp OwassoBeeGuy - Bee Farm in Owasso, Oklahoma raw honey (adjust to taste)
• 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for a thicker texture)
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2–1 tsp smoked paprika (adds a nice depth)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
Add everything to a jar, give it a good shake, and your done! Refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Fresh, simple, and made with love—just the way it should be. 💛

That’s it. That’s all the “fancy equipment” we use here on the orchard to craft our handmade apple cider vinegar.

Every batch is made by hand by someone who loves both science and nature — because fermentation is where these two beauties meet. Mother Earth gives us everything we need for good food and good health.
