LET’S TALK SHEDDING.

Finding more hair in your brush, shower drain or all over your clothes lately? Don’t panic. Lets talk about what this means.

Your hair naturally goes through different phases, including a phase where it lets go and sheds. BUT stress, hormones, illness, weight loss, medications, nutritional changes and even seasonal changes can sometimes push more hairs into that shedding phase at once.

These phases typically take about 4-6 weeks. You may not notice the shedding right after a stressful time but within 2-4 months after.
