Hello Family & Friends

From the bottom of my heart I am expressing my love through this email because it’s the safest indirectly direct way to let you know...
I care for you. That includes all your loved ones as well.
Each of you through out our shared journey, have connected on so many levels with me. Which I genuinely am so grateful for. I’ve learned about you, your body & spirit. Connected through our mindful practice of connectedness. On an energetic level things may feel extremely chaotic for us all. Whether laid off, furloughed, teleworking, parenting (fur balls included), loved ones apart, figuring out how to keep busy, or just Any stress. The reasons you ever sought out my nurturing healing hands. I believe this is such a time for us all to find new ways to nurture ourselves internally. As well as share more deeply with ourselves. I am sending this Reiki hug to you. To remind you how humbled and blessed I feel & know I am, for simply knowing you.
These times just really have me so connected to unconditional love and gratitude. This respiratory virus is fed by fear and fear blocks our heart chakras from experiencing the divine creation in its most rare form, love.
Please stay well and healthy.
We are in this together.

Humbled and full of Love!
-Sheraena R. Tracey
P.S. Remember to stretch, drink lots of H2O, laugh, take ya vitamins and I will see you on the other side of this.

Hurry in: Special hours during Easter weekend Click here for an update from The Raeven's Haven!

Update:

As a small business owner and the sole Massage Therapist on staff, I have been taking every precaution to keep my office as well as myself healthy. During this time it is difficult for us all and I encourage those who can to help. I do offer gift card purchases as well as package offers that can be purchased now and do not expire. I ask that if you are able to support (The Raevens Haven Holistic Healing & Massage) my self & my family. It would be immensely appreciated. I pride myself in my work, for it genuinely gives me purpose and such happiness to be able to do what I love and make people feel more at ease. Theraevenshaven.com is always open for you. I will continue to be open til further notice and will continue to keep myself knowledgeable on ways we can combat this every growing health threat.

Thank you,
Stay well and healthy family.

Love & Light!!
Sheraena Tracey
