There comes a point where you realize you don’t need to push harder... you need a Goddess Reset. Especially after long periods of doing. Doing for your family. Doing for your business. Doing for your job. Doing for your relationships. Being productive. Being responsible. Being available. Giving, creating, fixing, planning, carrying…

Until one day you realize you’ve spent so much time pouring energy outward that you haven’t actually sat with yourself in a while. That’s the energy I created Goddess Reset for. This intention oil is meant to help you symbolically call your energy back to yourself, reconnect with your feminine essence, recharge your personal power and intuition, and step out of the energy of constantly having to do. Use Goddess Reset after periods of overworking or overgiving, during your self-care rituals, before meditation or journaling, while getting dressed or doing your skincare, or anytime you feel like you’ve become disconnected from the version of yourself who feels magnetic, intuitive, powerful and fully present in her own life.

Ancestor Reverence is one of those oils that I personally keep separate from my everyday spiritual work. Mine stays in my ancestral space, and I reach for it specifically when I am intentionally sitting down to commune, honor, listen, or make offerings to my ancestors.

For me, that separation matters. It helps create a ritual cue: when this oil comes out, I am entering their space.

*A simple way to work with it:
Anoint your ancestral candle before lighting it, place a small amount on appropriate altar tools, or anoint your hands or pulse points before sitting at your altar. Set out an offering like water, coffee, food, flowers, incense, or something meaningful to your family... and spend a few quiet minutes simply being present.

Don't only use it when you need something... You don’t always have to ask for something. Tell them what’s happening in your life. Say their names. Share family news. Play music they loved. Look through old photographs. Cook a family recipe. Thank them. Ask for wisdom. Journal afterward and pay attention to memories, dreams, emotions, or intuitive nudges that arise.

“I honor those who came before me. May the ancestors who walk with me in love, wisdom, and protection draw near. May I recognize their guidance, honor their stories, and carry forward what is meant to continue through me.”

You can also use Ancestor Reverence to dress ancestral candles, prepare your altar before prayer or divination, anoint written letters to your ancestors, accompany genealogy or family-history work, or create a dedicated ritual before important life transitions.

I don’t treat this as an everyday oil. It’s theirs. And that’s part of what makes working with it feel so intentional.

This morning I woke up with ENERGY 😂 but it was everywhere. Chaotic, displaced, a million thoughts and impulses all trying to move at once.

When I feel a little chaos and spicy energy I like to use rooted intention oil.

Rooted isn’t about making yourself smaller or shutting your energy down. For me, it’s about pulling all of that scattered energy back into one place so I can actually decide where I want it to go.

I anoint myself, take a second to come back into my body, and basically tell myself: Okay. We have all this energy ... now let’s give it direction.

This is one of my favorite spell oil blends for those ADHD-ish, 37-tabs-open-in-your-brain kind of mornings. 😂 When I’m energized but unfocused, overstimulated, bouncing between tasks, or just feel like my energy is floating outside of me, Rooted helps me create that little ritual of grounding before I move.
