There’s something deeply grounding about pausing, reflecting, and honoring the journey, every lesson, every victory, every moment of growth.

As I write in "The Book of Sovereigns", I’m mindful that these words will live on capturing wisdom, encouragement, and reflections meant to uplift each Sovereign who comes after me. It feels like both a responsibility and a gift to leave behind thoughts rooted in strength, grace, and hope.

Here’s to quiet moments that prepare us for powerful ones, and to a new year filled with sisterhood, dreams realized, and crowns earned from the inside out 🤍✨

Today, my heart is extra full. This year has been a whirlwind of service, sisterhood, learning, and beautiful moments shared with incredible women across our pageant community. I am beyond grateful for every hug, every conversation, every late-night message of encouragement, and every chance we’ve had to lift each other up.

As Sovereign Ms. Regent, I am constantly reminded that true royalty isn’t about crowns or sashes it’s about compassion, generosity, and showing up for one another. And this year, I’ve witnessed so much love, resilience, and kindness from our Sovereign Ms family that it has touched me more deeply than words can say.

From my family to yours, thank you for welcoming us into your hearts. Thank you for cheering, supporting, serving, and shining your light everywhere you go. May your homes be filled with warmth, laughter, good food, and the people who make life meaningful.

Today we honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and heart. A special shout-out to our beautiful Sovereign Ms. veterans proving every day that you can stand strong and rock stilettos at the same time. 💪👠❤️

This weekend marked a milestone for a project so close to my heart. Over two years in the making, our She Leads Fashion Show finally came to life all to raise funds for the incredible nonprofit Dreams to Reality and Resale Boutique.

When I began this journey, I was simply looking for a new platform something that reignited my spark to give back to the community. I took a leap of faith and dove in headfirst. Along the way, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined… but most importantly, I’ve met some of the most amazing women in our community.

So when people ask me, “Why pageants?” this right here is my answer. 💫

✨ Why I Still Do Pageants ✨

It’s a question I’ve heard more times than I can count.

And honestly, it would be easy to look at the world today divided, loud, and often harsh and think, what’s the point?

But here’s why I don’t stop.

Pageants, especially Sovereign Ms., bring women together. In a time where everything feels like this or that, right or left, pageants remind us that there is power in unity. They create space for women to connect, not to compete in spirit, but to lift each other up, to show empathy, to inspire.

Through pageants, women step away from the everyday hustle and remember what it feels like to shine, to celebrate their strength, their beauty, their story. It’s laughter, friendship, and yes, a little sparkle a weekend where we all get to be our most glamorous, confident, and authentic selves. 👑

Because of pageants, I can hold conversations that matter. I can walk into interviews with confidence. I can give speeches without that old knot of fear in my stomach.

Pageants empower.
Pageants inspire.
And Sovereign Ms. is the shining example of all of it grace, purpose, and sisterhood combined.

So why do I still do pageants?

Because they make me and the women around me better.

Because they remind me that strength and kindness can exist side by side.

And because every time I put on that crown, I’m reminded of something powerful:

I know I haven’t been on social media much lately, but it’s for a very special reason. I’ve been pouring my heart into a project that means the world to me.

On November 8, 2025, over 30 incredible women will take the stage for a night of fashion, courage, and undeniable greatness. The first-ever She Leads Fashion Show is happening and it’s all in support of Dreams to Reality and Resale Boutique, an organization that empowers women on their journey toward success and self-sufficiency.

Working alongside these women has redefined what confidence means to me. Each practice, each step forward, each moment of vulnerability has been powerful to witness. I’ve seen them grow not just as models, but as leaders, and it’s an experience I will carry with me always.

This show is more than fashion it’s about strength, unity, and the beauty of showing up as your most authentic self. I hope this night leaves a mark on everyone involved, just like it has on me. 💫
