I’ve been helping people feel more relaxed, decreasing pain and improving function since 2009. 💆🏻‍♀️

My approach combines therapeutic massage with deep relaxation because I truly believe the body heals and regulates itself when it feels safe and has a chance to chill and come out of fight or flight mode 🦋

Every massage is individual and based on what’s happening with you right now, incorporating things like:

I also offer prenatal massage and have definitely seen the benefits of massage in pregnancy. 🪷
