Remember when working towards your goals to take some time for self care. Reaching your goals is a marathon not a sprint.
A life coach can help you make and achieve your goals. A good goal has five elements. They are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and can be completed in a specific time frame. Good goals are S.M.A.R.T. goals.

Wednesday’s journaling prompt: What made you happy today?
A little look at our farm. This crop of babies is four months old now.
Tuesday’s journaling prompt: what challenged you today, and what did you learn from it?
Mondays journaling prompt: List five things that went well today.
Journaling is an important part of the coaching process. Journaling doesn’t have to be a dear diary situation however. It can be a list, a spread sheet, or an entire written page. All journaling does is provide a way to collect and asses data. What triggers your negative thinking? How do you get motivated? By journaling you can find the problem areas and work on fixing them. That is why I am going to provide daily journaling prompts and on Sundays I will provide a weekly prompt. While you don’t need to use the prompts hopefully they will get people started in the right direction.
So you may be wondering what it is a life coach does. A life coach is someone who is present and future focused. Our primary goal is to help a client look at where they are, decide where they want to be, and help them get from point A to point B. We can do that by helping our clients change their way of thinking, help them get and stay motivated, learn a new skill, or dozens of other things.
