Scent Bent - Independent Scentsy Consultant

Fragrance is a BIG DEAL to me, so in 2010 when a co-worker of mine introduced me to Scentsy I knew I had to experience the brand for myself. As I was thumbing through the catalog my eyes landed on a wax bar called "Pink Plumeria Passion." Plumeria evokes very fond memories of shopping with my mom as a child, as it was one of the first lotion scents she bought for me when I was ten-years-old and was just discovering fragrances for the first time. From that point onward I ditched all my candles and other wax melts in favor of Scentsy. I have stuck with Scentsy for 13 years because I love that their products are free from toxic ingredients, are paraben free and they offer a variety of scents. There truly is something for everyone at Scentsy! I also believe in the power of fragrance because smell is the first sense to evoke memories, so having a beautifully fragranced home sets the stage for creating happy, lasting memories - like my memory of shopping with my mom! After having spent 13 years as a Scentsy customer, I made the decision to become a Scentsy Consultant when I had to quit my regular job due to a disability. Though disabled, I knew I still wanted to do something meaningful with my life while helping others, and achieve my dream to become a business owner.
