Daily meal prep isn’t a personality trait. It’s just protein, a knife, and 20 minutes before the week gets away from you.

We all have choices. We only get one body. Might as well feed it like you mean it.

If you want to feel good, think clearly, and actually have energy — this is a big part of what makes that happen. Not magic. Not a supplement. Just some intentional time in your kitchen before life takes over.

Nobody’s coming to do it for you. But you already knew that.

He says it so perfectly and is WHY I do what I do and also WHY I’m back in school for nursing and on to NP.

Change takes change. And being uncomfortable.

Comfort, easy, being sedentary - all accelerate aging, disease onset, and muscle loss.

You choose.

1. Lift 3x/week with progressive overload
2. Zone 2 cardio 1-2x/week
3. Sprint (SIT sessions) 1-2x/week

That’s it. It’s fairly simple - unless you’re looking for entertainment and motivation. If so - you’ll never be satisfied or consistent.

Lift and move for your future health, bone density, and independence.
