Starting on love day💓Monday, February 14th at 5:30 pm Lily will begin teaching Hatha yoga classes at The Still Point. (513 W. Main St. Ste. 3 Cobleskill)
Lily is a rising senior at St. Lawrence University in Canton NY. She is a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor who loves traveling, the outdoors, and drawing. She is studying Psychology, Exercise Science, and Philosophy at St. Lawrence and hopes to one day teach Yoga therapy. She's taking next semester off and is so excited to be home and able to teach in her community!
Lily’s classes will be Sunday mornings at 10 am and Monday nights at 5:30 pm. $12 per class walk in. $10 per class with purchase of a class pass card
