• Prioritizing nail care/include manicure in every service - The most common complaint I hear is that they aren’t receiving actual nail care, clients are dying for this part of the service.

• Respect clients time - Warn them when you’re running a little behind and avoid cancelling last minute unless for emergencies - This will help it go both ways.

• Prebook people before they leave! - This way no one is scrambling and you're not trying to squeeze people into a full schedule. Let them know your recommendation on time between services - and ask them if a specific day of the week works better for them.

• Please sit still! Product is effected by gravity - making it move/slide around when you do. You can pick up lint and fuzz - and also - try drawing a straight line on a moving target.

• Follow your aftercare! While we won’t be upset with you, however, you come back to us, when you care for and protect our work not only do we know you value it - it makes our jobs much easier for your next appointment.

• Prebook baby - follow your nail techs preferences - just remember no one likes a last minute ‘can you squeeze me in’.

• Policies - respecting your techs rules - will definitely ensure you’re on their good side. *Extra points if you offer to pay cancellation fees before they even have to ask.

• Snacks - this one is pretty self explanatory, if you're stopping for coffee. Ask if they want anything. Many of us are there sitting like a shrimp for 8+ hours a day without breaks.
