It's only getting colder, so if you're anything like me, you're probably tightening up when you feel that cold breeze hit your body. The more we tighten, the stiffer and more contracted the muscle fibers become so, getting a massage this time of year is really beneficial. Not only does it help by promoting relaxation but an excellent deep-tissue massage can alleviate any long-term pain from the tension you feel from the cold.
