Today’s Declaration ✨

God is my Restorer. (Joel 2:25)

God is my Healer. (Exodus 15:26)

God is my Peace. (John 14:27)

I am a radical believer, rooted in Christ, unwavering in faith, and anchored in His promises.

I am a Faith Ryder. I will keep moving with God, trusting Him through every turn, every valley, and every victory. I don’t have to see the whole road because I know the One who leads me.

I walk by faith, not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7)

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🤍

One thing I’m learning on this restoration journey…

Restoration requires rhythm.
And sometimes, rhythm looks like rest.

Over the last few days, I’ve been sharing some of the most vulnerable chapters of my story. While those memories no longer define me, revisiting them has reminded me that healing still requires gentleness.

For a long time, I believed healing meant constantly doing the work; pushing through, producing, and proving that I was getting better.

But God has been teaching me something different.

Healing isn’t only found in movement.
Sometimes it’s found in stillness.

Today, my body is asking for rest.

So instead of pushing through, I’m choosing to honor the rhythm God is restoring in my life.

I’m learning that burnout isn’t always a sign to work harder. Sometimes it’s an invitation to pause, breathe, and receive God’s grace.

Rest is not a setback.

Rest is part of restoration.

So today… I’m resting. 🤍

If you’re carrying more than you realize, consider this your reminder that it’s okay to pause. God is still restoring you, even while you rest.

Okay okay . Life got a little hectic but here is PART 2: The Breaking Before the Restoration

As I prepared to welcome my son into the world, I was carrying more than labor pains.

I was carrying disappointment.
I was carrying unanswered questions.
I was carrying the weight of betrayal.

Just days after giving birth, I learned that the man I believed I knew had been living a completely different life.

In one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life, I found myself navigating heartbreak, recovery, new motherhood, and a future I never imagined.

Today, on Father’s Day, I don’t share this story to focus on what was absent.

I share it to honor the God who never left. (My Father)

When people see Journee of Karis, they see restoration.

What they don’t always see is the breaking that came before it.

This is Part 2 of my story.

And if you’re walking through a season that doesn’t make sense, I want you to know this:

God can restore what disappointment tried to destroy.

✨ Faith Ryder ✨

A woman who keeps moving with God, even when she can’t see the whole road.

She doesn’t need the entire map before she takes the next step.

She trusts the One leading her more than the uncertainty ahead of her.

She rides through seasons of healing, growth, waiting, stretching, and becoming—not because the journey is easy, but because she knows Who is guiding it.

When the road bends, she follows.
When the pace changes, she adjusts.
When fear whispers, she answers with faith.

She may pause to rest, but she doesn’t quit.
She may not know every destination, but she knows her Guide.

A Faith Ryder understands that obedience often comes before understanding, and that God’s provision is often found along the journey rather than before it begins.

💛 My declaration:

I am a Faith Ryder.
I move with God.
I trust His direction.
I do not need to see the whole road to take the next step.

✨🙏🏾💛

Before Journee of Karis became a brand, it was my survival story.

There was a season of my life that changed everything. A season that challenged my faith, disrupted my peace, and knocked me completely out of rhythm.

What I didn’t know then was that God was using every piece of that journey to prepare me for restoration.

Today, I’m sharing Part 1 of my story.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because it’s comfortable.

But because someone needs to know that what broke you doesn’t have to define you.

Stay tuned as I share the journey that gave birth to Journee of Karis.

✨ Restoration Through Rhythm & Grace ✨

I’ve spent years talking about healing.

Tomorrow, I’m sharing why.

The truth behind the journey.
The heartbreak.
The restoration.
The rhythm God helped me find again.

The story behind Journee of Karis.

Stay tuned. 💫✨

I thought I was hiding.

But the truth is…

I was healing.

I was learning how to hear my own voice again.
Learning how to trust myself again.
Learning how to protect my peace without isolating myself from the world.

Some seasons require solitude.

Not because you’re running from life,
but because you’re becoming someone you’ve never been before.

The woman I was a few years ago wouldn’t recognize the woman I am today.

I’ve grieved.
I’ve grown.
I’ve wrestled with God.
I’ve rediscovered myself.

And now?

I’m no longer interested in shrinking.

I’m ready to walk boldly in this next season with rhythm, grace, and intention.

🌿 Restoration isn’t the end of the journey.

It’s the beginning of a new one.

God’s grace and mercy carried me through seasons that tried to break me.

There were moments I felt lost, discouraged, disconnected, and uncertain of who I was becoming… but God never left me there.

He restored me gently.
He restored my mind.
He restored my faith.
He restored my joy.
He restored my rhythm.

Journee of Karis was created from that restoration. 🌿

Not from perfection… but from surrendering, healing, and learning to trust God again.

His grace has truly been my strength to restore. 🤍✨
