Neuro Massage LLC is NOT “relaxation massage."

Neuro Massage exists to help clients deal with pain issues, range of motion issues, joint pain, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knees and hip pain. Neuro Massage is a FIRM to DEEP tissue mobile massage service. We do not do light to medium massage.

Modalities include: Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Trigger point Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Therapy, and stretching, getting to deep muscles that hamper and cause chronic pain, acute pain, and mobility issues so clients can get back to living they're best life. Again, this is not relaxation. Some of our clients are sore the next day.

Neuro Massage's client base is: Hair Dressers, Athletes, The Medical Community, Chiropractors, Dentists, Dental assistants, Construction Workers, Truck Drivers, Body Builders, Weight Lifters, Crossfit, Computer workers, Pain suffers and other Massage Therapists.

Policies and Procedures

Cancelation Policy
Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours on 2 or more occasions they will be asked to pre-pay for future services.

No Shows
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services and 50% of last session will be added to your next session. This is important as our massage therapists should be compensated for their time. Any future service will be denied unless pre-payment is made.

Payment Policy
Neuro Massage LLC does not take checks. All payments will be Cash or Venmo payments.

Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on services already rendered, no show fees. If Neuro Massage cancels with prepayment you will be refunded.

Push Back Appointment Times/Late arrivals
Unfortunately, when a scheduled appointment is pushed back for even just a few minutes we are not always able to accommodate and provide a full or partial session for our clients. The option for a full or partial massage session will be at our discretion and will be determined by the sessions scheduled to follow yours on that day.

Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session we will discuss your needs and explain the modalities being used to address your needs. Your participation shows that you have a clear understanding of what will be treated during your session and that you consent to those modalities and techniques being performed.

Scope of Practice
Licensed Massage Therapists and are held to the highest standards of the State Medical Board of Massage Therapy. In our professions we apply massage techniques with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of our clients. We do not diagnose or prescribe for any medical condition. We are not allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without a doctor's supervision. We are required to refer you for a diagnosis and to follow the recommendations of your physician.

Age Limit
Neuro Massage does not massage anyone under the age of 18 without the presence of a parent or guardian.

Confidentiality of Conversation
All discussions between the massage therapist and client are confidential. The client may choose to talk during the massage or not. We want you to be comfortable and are happy to interact or not.

Sickness Policy
Neuro Massage recognizes that both massage therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and given that we ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell, and we will do the same for you. Many clients are immunity compromised and cannot risk sickness. If you have any of the following contagious illnesses the massage session will be rescheduled: Cancellation fees will be waved due to sickness if appointment is rescheduled. Consistent or overuse of this excuse will result in prepayment for future services.
Covid-19, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sore Throat, Poison Ivy, Flu, Chicken Pox, Head Lice, Impetigo, Ringworm, Common Cold anything that is or could be contagious please reschedule your appointment.

Existing and New Medical Condition
It is the responsibility of the client to keep their massage therapist informed of any medical treatments they are currently undergoing, as well as provide written permission from an applicable physician that a massage is authorized or preferred. In addition, the client must keep us informed of any changes in their health conditions.

Inclement Weather Policy
In Ohio, the weather is random. If a service is canceled by the client for inclement weather, no fee will be charged to the client if the service is rescheduled for a future date AND meets the National Weather Service definition of a “Dangerous Weather Event”. To qualify for having the fee waived, NOAA & The National Weather Service should have issued a Major Storm Warning either during the day of the session or in advance of an expected session or event.

Neuro Massage LLC reserves the right to cancel a session in the case of inclement weather if it jeopardizes the safety of our practitioners.

PERSONAL HYGIENE
When possible, Neuro Massage asks that you please make an effort to wash up before your session. A hot shower would also serve the purpose of helping you to relax and warm up your muscles, allowing my work to sink deeper. This maximizes the therapeutic effect of your time on the table.

TRAVEL RADIUS
Services are offered within 15 miles of Columbus. Distances beyond 15 miles may be possible under certain circumstances. Please contact Neuro Massage with any inquiries

Scheduling
Being as not all clients live next door to each other. Neuro Massage LLC service providers are required to travel to clients. All scheduling will be done with travel times in mind. All service providers will show to the session at least 15 minutes early to accommodate setting up and a none rush environment to your session. All first-time clients will need to fill out forms prior to services.

Right to Refuse Service
Neuro Massage reserves the right refuse service to anyone. Actions resulting in the termination of your session, will be charged full price.

60 minute session is $86 with tax included
90 minutes session is $129 with tax included
120 minute session is $172 with tax included

10x10 is ideal, but 8x8 will suffice. Anything smaller and full service on the table becomes difficult.
