Hey Luxe Luvs,

I wanted to take a moment to share a little behind-the-scenes of what happened during our Birthday Month Sale-A-Bration.

Every year for my birthday, I run special sales throughout the month of May. It's become one of my favorite traditions because it gives me a chance to celebrate with all of you while helping you stock up on your favorite Luxe treats.

This year was different.

Not only did you all show up... y'all SHOWED OUT. 🥹💜

In fact, May 19th — my birthday — became the biggest sales day in Elle Shaná Luxe Skin history.

Now, some of you may be wondering why the sales continued after that record-breaking day.

The answer is simple...

Because I made a promise.

Many of the sales, promotions, and birthday surprises had already been scheduled and announced as part of our month-long celebration. Even after seeing the record-breaking numbers, I chose to honor those commitments because I believe in doing what I say I'm going to do.

I started communicating the wait times IMMEDIATELY after the 19th.

Would it have been easier to end the sales early? Probably.

But that's not how we do things around here.

So we celebrated ALL MONTH LONG. 🎉

The blessing of that support is that we've welcomed hundreds of orders, new customers, returning customers, referrals, reviews, shares, and so much love.

The challenge is that every product is still handcrafted, poured, whipped, labeled, packed, and prepared with care by me, a business owner who still works a full-time job while building this dream. 💜

While processing times have extended beyond what I originally expected, please know that your order is coming and we are actively working through them every single day.
