This year has had its share of good and bad news. Unfortunately, I’ve let the stress of life, trying medication, and a new diagnosis get to me. I’ve gained about 15 lbs of my weight loss back.

However, I have a plan with my medical team, including diet, vitamins, and supplements to get back to my goal weight.

I’m trusting God for negative reports, positive results, and to be healthy in my mind and body! 🩺📊💜
