If your body has been whispering—tight shoulders, an aching back, a clenched jaw or stress that just won’t let up—listen before it has to yell.
You don’t have to be completely worn down before you take care of yourself. Come in because the tension is building, because you need a moment or simply because your body deserves care.
Choose a 60-, 90- or 120-minute customized session.

One of our favorite ways to finish a session.. a warm towel beneath your neck followed by slow, gentle stretching!😌
No rushing you off the table. Just one last moment to breathe, settle & enjoy the care before getting back to your day.
Would this be your favorite part?

One thing we really take pride in is giving you the full hands-on time you booked. 💙
Whether it’s 60, 90 or 120 minutes, your time starts when you’re on the table—not when you walk through the door.
You booked the time. You get the time. Period. 👏🏽
Your massage doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s..✨
Want quiet? That’s okay. Need the pressure changed? Please tell us. Need an adjustment so you’re more comfortable? We’ve got you.
Your comfort is part of the session — not an inconvenience.
