Yogamassage is back in session after a brief summer recess. This 75-minute class that integrates restorative yoga, gentle massage, and meditation. The next class is scheduled for Sunday, October 19th from 5-6:15 PM, with a registration fee of $20 per person and a maximum of six participants. The office is located at 40 Thorndike St (Concord Community Arts Building, formerly Rumford School), with free parking available on both sides of the building; the entrance is on the Thorndike street side.

Some new things I have added to the space is a small retail shelf with products that are locally made and are products that I personally use.

C🐝D from Clearly Balanced Days. I have small jars of the 1000mg salve and bath discs. Clearly Balanced Days Is located In Belmont and I have never used a product that works as well or as fast they produce a superb product .

Goat soap and magnesium lotion from Wild Wind Farm in Northwood. The lotion is non greasy and absorbes nicely and by adding magnesium helps with muscle aches and cramps. The soap has a rich lather and leaves your skin moisturized without feeling heavy.
