🧴 STEP 1: OIL CLEANSE
Think of this as your makeup + SPF remover
• Breaks down oil, sunscreen, dirt, and buildup
• Melts everything off without stripping your skin
• Yes… oil removes oil 👏

🚫 STOP OVER-EXFOLIATING YOUR SKIN 🚫
Just because it says “glow” doesn’t mean use it 3x a day, sis.
Let’s fix this real quick:
✨ Exfoliating pads are NOT for daily use
→ 2–3 times a week is MORE than enough (especially if you’re acne-prone)
✨ More acids ≠ better skin
→ Pads + acid serums + exfoliating toners = barrier damage waiting to happen
✨ Keep it SIMPLE on exfoliation days:
• Gentle cleanser
• Exfoliating pad
• Moisturizer
✨ Need more hydration?
→ Add a hydrating serum (not more acids)
⸻
✨ My go-to exfoliating pads:

(These help smooth texture, unclog pores, and brighten when used correctly 💋)
As a 37 year old working mom with PCOS…
I don’t follow extreme diets, cut out everything I love, or spend hundreds on “health food.”
I’ve learned the hard way that for me, it’s about keeping it simple and consistent.
These are the foods I keep in my house every week:
• Oats
• Greek yogurt
• Frozen berries
• Peanut butter
• Honey
• Chia seeds
Nothing fancy. Nothing unrealistic.
Just foods that help me:
✨ Stay full
✨ Keep my blood sugar stable
✨ Support my hormones
✨ And not break the bank
Most of my meals cost around $2–3, and that’s what works for my life right now.
This isn’t a diet…
It’s just what realistic, healthy eating looks like for me 💕
If you’re a busy mom trying to figure it out too—you’re not alone 🤍
Why I love my weighted vest
If I’m going to be exhausted anyway from:
• working
• cleaning
• mom life
I might as well burn extra calories while doing it 💀
Throw this on during a walk or while cleaning and suddenly it’s a workout.
Strong women… but make it practical.

🏋️♀️ Adjustable dumbbells – perfect for quick home workouts
✨ Under-eye patches – because sometimes we’re tired… but still glowing
A little strength, a little self-care, and a lot of grace.
I linked everything in my storefront if you want to check them out.
Here’s to strong women, supportive women, and women who do it all. 🤍

# 👍 👍👌👌😍
Happy International Women’s Day to the women who quietly carry more than anyone realizes.
The women balancing careers, families, friendships, and responsibilities that rarely get noticed.
The women building businesses, raising children, managing homes, supporting others, and still finding the strength to keep going.
Women are planners, problem solvers, caretakers, leaders, and encouragers l often all in the same day.
Somehow we turn stress into strength, pressure into perseverance, and challenges into growth.
To the mothers, the dream chasers, the caretakers, and the women rewriting their own stories today is for you.
Your resilience matters.
Your voice matters.
Your presence in this world matters.
May we continue lifting each other up, supporting one another, and recognizing the quiet strength women carry every day.
Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there. 💜✨
For the majority of my life, I couldn’t figure out my body.
I’ve always eaten clean. I’ve always worked out. Yet everything still felt like an uphill battle.
When I went to doctors about my PCOS symptoms, the answer was usually the same:
“Just lose weight.”
But it was never that simple.
I struggled with severe cystic acne on my face and back. In high school I covered it up with layers of makeup, which honestly made it worse. And let’s be honest… most of us looked a little orange back then too. 😂
In my 30s I really started diving deeper into my health and learning how PCOS actually works in the body.
Alcohol? My symptoms go crazy. Looking back, it makes sense why my early 20s were full of weight gain and acne flare-ups.
What I’ve learned is that eating healthy isn’t a fad diet for me it literally affects my hormones, energy, and skin.
With PCOS, everything is connected.
Stress can spike insulin.
When insulin spikes, testosterone rises.
And when that happens, the symptoms follow: acne, fatigue, mood changes, inflammation.
I naturally have a round face, but when my hormones are off it turns into that “moon face” many women with hormonal issues recognize.
What’s also interesting is that newer research is looking at the connection between chronic stress, childhood trauma, and hormonal disorders like PCOS. When the body stays in a constant stress response, it can affect cortisol, insulin, and inflammation all things that play a role in PCOS symptoms.
Learning how my body works has been a long journey, but understanding it has helped me take my health back.
And if you’re a woman struggling with PCOS, acne, weight changes, or fatigue…
You’re not crazy.
You’re not lazy.
Your body might just need a different kind of support.

Skincare question of the day:
Do you prefer a simple routine or a long routine with lots of steps?

As a licensed esthetician, one thing I hear all the time is:
“I stopped wearing sunscreen because it breaks me out.”
The truth is some sunscreens can clog pores, but there are many formulas designed specifically for acne-prone skin.
These are a few of my favorite acne-safe SPF options that are lightweight, breathable, and less likely to trigger breakouts.
Wearing SPF daily helps prevent:
• post-acne dark spots
• inflammation
• premature aging
• skin barrier damage

Some of y’all need to remember social media is basically a paid reality show.
It’s entertainment. It’s marketing. It’s not real life.
I will never post my real struggles or real tea on here.
Private life. Happy life. 🤍
