Some clients I have to stay completely buttoned up for. I lotion my feet and lower my voice and genuflect and “yes ma’am” them to death. I love them, they keep me somewhat grounded in polite society.
OTHERS I can be a complete nut with-maybe I have shoes, there are definitely cocktails, and the story swapping is beyond hilarious. They are my favorites 🥹. is one such gal. She came in with a dating story and I IMMEDIATELY had to call a flag on the play! Closest thing I had was this red plastic bag-I tied it on my head as a reminder! 🤣 There are turds in the dating pool and it’s not getting any better!

Welcome, Terry!
Terry retired a bit ago but decided she wanted her loose, gorgeous hair locked for the next part of her journey. After consulting with a few folks, she decided to go with me! I’m so glad she did!
I never met somebody so much like ME! It was a little disconcerting to be honest lol! We had so much fun, spirited conversation. We shared our experiences with our children, laughed at and lamented the state of dating in These United States, and even read different Bible passages. Since I forced her to stay and finish the second day instead of coming back for a third, we got in some great TV. I so look forward to seeing her again. Until then, go forth and GROW!

I did ’s second retie in 2022. We’ve been rocking since then!
Despite being a flight attendant, she has prioritized keeping her hair appointments, and (on the rare occasions it has happened) rescheduled well in advance, humbly taking whatever I had to offer. It must be noted, I dig deep bc she tips well. 😮💨 but that’s another story 😏.
Anyways-the results speak for themselves!

Look at this frizz! Maybe she was born with it…maybe it’s Maybelline! 🎶🎵
She was definitely born with it! Ways to minimize:
1) nightly braid outs
2) Reduce/remove conditioner
3) have it repaired by your loctician
4) pray to God for a different texture (this doesn’t work btw)
And my personal favorite-embrace it and move on with your life!
