Looking for an easy, low-carb dessert that will help that sweet tooth?
2 - 8oz containers of mascarpone cheese
1 9oz tub of cool whip (I like this one myself)
Whip with handheld blender until it thickens.
Add your toppings! That’s it!
Makes 8 jars.
Each jar has 2.7oz of just the mixture.

☘️Shamrock Muffins☘️
St. Patty’s Day is right around the corner and here’s a great recipe to make with the family! Kids will LOVE these muffins. I know they’ll disappear quickly!
(Makes 6 servings)
Ingredients
2 cups [180 g] Rolled Oats Gluten Free
2 scoops (20 g) [40 g] Protein Powder - Vanilla
0.25 cup [54.5 g] Coconut Oil
2 medium [236 g] Bananas (Ripe and mashed)
1 tsp [4.2 g] Vanilla Extract
0.75 cup [183 g] Whole Milk
0.5 tsp [2.3 g] Baking Soda
1 tsp [4.6 g] Baking Powder
5 dates [41.5 g]
2 cups Spinach [60 g]
2 large Eggs [100 g]
0.75 cup, mini Dark Chocolate Chips [129.75 g]
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Add dry rolled oats to a blender or food processor. Blend until flour consistency.
Add all other ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and blend until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
In a lined or greased muffin pan, fill each tin 3/4 full.
Bake for 17-19 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy!

Let’s talk carbs!
Carbs are your friend and they’re good (and necessary for your body, especially your brain). They fuel your brain and muscles. But what are the “good” carbs vs the “bad” carbs?
Complex carbohydrates are carbs that are made up of long chains of sugar molecules, and they are digested more slowly than simple carbs. This is a good thing! They have a gradual effect on blood sugar levels since they take longer to digest. Simple carbs like sugar, chocolate, milk (lactose) and syrups can cause your blood sugar to rise quickly. Not only do complex carbs help you feel full longer, they are full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber! Unrefined plant foods are the best choice since they have little to no sugar and are high in fiber.
They are found in many foods, including:
Whole grains: Brown rice, whole-wheat pasta, whole-grain cereals

Starchy vegetables: White and sweet potatoes, peas, squash

Don’t listen or watch this interview unless you’re ready to hear the truth about doctors and big pharma. Don’t get me wrong, we need doctors and pharmaceuticals but there is a time and a place for them. It’s time to take your health into your own hands and do your part to educate yourself on food, nutrition and meds. I’m on a journey, personally, to heal my body from years of taking for granted what I was eating and drinking and putting in it. I had no idea there were other, more natural, ways of doing things.
