Nothing says slow summer living quite like homemade elderflower syrup stirred into sparkling water over ice. Light, floral, citrusy, and endlessly refreshing ✨
🌿 Elderflower Syrup Recipe 🌿
• 1/4 cup elderflowers
• 4 cups water
• sugar
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat and add elderflowers. Let steep several hours before straining. Measure liquid and add 1 cup sugar per cup of tea. Return to pot and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for up to 30 days.
