It’s time, besties! 💪🏻 I’m ready to lock in and get serious, and for me that means going back to basics. I will be tracking all of my food, doing at least 3 strength workouts a week, getting at least 8,000 steps a day, and drinking a gallon of water a day. ✅

I just wanted to take a second to express my appreciation for my love, Chris. He is kind and empathetic beyond measure, the calm to my chaos, the most hilarious person I know, my biggest cheerleader, and the ultimate protector to all he loves. His love has healed me in ways I didn’t think was possible, and I couldn’t be more grateful and lucky to get to live life by his side every day.

There wouldn’t be this if there hadn’t been…you. 💖 I don’t think enough credit is given to our former selves for starting and continuing to show up when it was so hard. The girl you see in that bathroom was terrified she’d fail (again), and yet she decided that on a random weekday in September 2017 she would make a change for her health. SHE is who I credit with getting me to here, over 100lbs lost and maintained for 8 years and healthy!
Now I’m ready to really lock in and see what else this body can do over the next 6 months or so. 💪🏻
