Hi, I’m Rose. 🤍
I have many new followers, so I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a little about my story.
I graduated from CTC’s Massage Therapy program in December 2015 and started working at Triapolis Wellness in 2016. Not long after, I was given the opportunity to take over the business. It was a huge step, and one I’ll always be grateful for.
After seven years, I felt it was time to create something that felt more like me.
In 2023, I opened Selfish Kneads in Copperas Cove.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people slow down, breathe deeper, and feel better in their bodies. I specialize in therapeutic massage, stretching, hot stones, cupping, and Japanese Head Spa services.
But more than that, I’ve created a space where you can simply be.
A space where you can talk if you need to, or stay quiet if that feels better. A space where your shoulders soften, your mind slows down, and your body is finally able to let go of what it’s been carrying.
Selfish Kneads was built on one simple belief: be selfish when it comes to your well-being.
Thank you for being here and supporting my small business. It truly means more than you know. 🤍
