Fit Body Boot Camp here in Corona is all about helping you reach your health and fitness goals. Injury prevention is an important aspect in helping you achieve those goals. I want to help you meet your health and fitness goals by providing injury prevention and management classes. I am a doctor of physical therapy and an orthopedic clinical specialist practicing in Corona. I have been a physical therapist for over 18 years helping others reach their goals of health and fitness. I am offering an Avoiding and Managing Back and Upper Body Pain and Strain class on Saturday, April 7th at 10:30am at the Fit Body Boot Camp location on Grand Ave. in Corona. This class will focus on identifying causes of strain or pain in your spine and upper body related to movement and exercise. You will be provided specific, individualized strategies in the way of body mechanics, strengthening, flexibility, and core and upper body exercises to keep your body healthy and strong. There will be an Avoiding and Managing Back and Lower Body Pain and Strain class on Saturday, April 14th at 10:30am.
