Soooo , I have kinda alot of free time right now .. and something I have been wanting to do for a while is post more make up look tutorials on my makeup Insta!

So many ask me what to use for this and that and feel that maybe I have a tad wee bit of tips and tricks I can give from my 10 + years of doing makeup professionally..

I am a creative person , so have to do this for me , even if no one watches 😆 its my creative outlet and therapeutic .. figured why not since weddings and makeup appointments are being cancelled right now .. I have to do something !

2020 bridal preview ... this girl is a beauty and can’t wait to work with her again andddd a special someone else 😉

One of the # 1 things I hear is “ I didn’t even think you had weight to lose”

Maybe people are lying or its actually the truth 😆 who knows ! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I noticed that I almost because naive to the fact that I was gaining weight . Almost as if I didn’t want to believe it .. and would try and hide it by wearing shirts around my waist .

I remember getting pictures back from .. from a makeup class I taught and she shot . I was mortified with how I looked , and there was only less then a handful I actually posted because I 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 how I looked ! .. i was so embarrassed 🙈

But also how I felt ... I was miserable in my skin and felt super unhealthy . This pic is reallllllllly hard for me to post .. Like reallly hard .. But I do it in hopes to inspire someone out there thats looking for change . Before you commit to a another "detox" , "pill" , "bootcamp" "wraps" , or the "gym " .. Consider chatting with me first .

I lost my weight in 3 months .. No pills , no wraps and no gym .
This program of teaching people how to fuel your body properly through support , education , food delivered and journaling etc has completely 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄 😭

I have changed my lifestlyle and kept the weight off for almost 3 years now !

My kids get a healthy mama , who sets the example , my husband gets the wife he deserves and I got ME back .. Actually a better version than I have ever been .
