CUPPING THERAPY
What is Cupping Therapy?
It is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Praying that you all are staying safe!

Yes You Can!

While there is currently no cure for lymphedema, treatments focus on reducing the swelling and controlling the pain. A special massage technique called manual lymph drainage may encourage the flow of lymph fluid out of your arm or leg. As a practitioner of manual lymph drainage, I may be able to help if you are suffering from Lymphedema. Call me today to schedule an appointment. Note: Massage isn’t for everyone. Avoid massage if you have a skin infection, blood clots or active disease in the involved lymph drainage areas.

Let me undo the knots in your body and help you let go of stress.

When experiencing a migraine, my clients tell me pain relief is one of their primary objectives. Massage therapy can help ease the muscle tension in the neck, jaw, and shoulders and has been recognized as a way for migraine sufferers to better manage their pain. If you suffer from migraines, let me help you find relief faster and, perhaps, stay pain-free longer.

Keep Going, Keep Growing.

Sciatic pain flares up when the sciatic nerve roots in your lower back are pinched or irritated. Massage therapy can loosen the muscles in your lower back and help prevent or relieve pinching and/or irritation. Massage also encourages the release of pain-fighting endorphins. This can provide temporary relief from symptoms like the throbbing pain in your foot or the burning sensation in your leg.

Carpal tunnel is a painful condition in which the median nerve that connects the forearm and hand becomes pinched at the wrist. Symptoms include burning, tingling or numbness in the palm, thumb and middle fingers. It can also lead to difficulty forming a fist or gripping small objects.
