As we embrace this beautiful season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to reflect on the things that fill my heart with joy. I’m profoundly grateful for the power of energy work and the chance to guide MYSELF and others in connecting deeply with their inner selves. Pain and discomfort often comes from a place deep within ourselves, and I believe there’s always another layer to explore for healing and growth. I’m thankful for the tools I’ve learned and continue to learn, as they support us on this transformative journey here in this dimension ✨

I’m also beyond thankful for my work as a holistic hairstylist, where I get to empower women to embrace cleaner, healthier products. It’s an honor to help them indulge in the self-care they truly deserve while making them feel beautiful every single day. 💇‍♀️🌿

And let’s not forget my beautiful baby girl, Bindi. 🐾 Her energy brings so much life to my days, reminding me to embrace playfulness and establish strong boundaries while staying sensitive at heart. Those snuggles we share lately mean the world to me—she truly is my best friend, and I wouldn’t trade that bond for anything! 🤍

I’m grateful for the beautiful place I call home and for all the love and support I receive from the universe, my friends, and my family. 🌟

🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟

I’ve been pretty quiet on Instagram for a while now, turning inward on ALL levels. But I feel ready to share again and maybe even inspire someone on their journey.

In this time of reflection, I’ve realized the importance of limiting outside distractions and diving deep—like, DEEP within myself! It’s not always an easy process. The truth is, we ALL avoid facing the hard parts of our lives sometimes. Isn’t it just so much easier to “not see” what’s difficult?

But I made a decision: I was ready for a shift! A shift in my limiting beliefs, in my personal and energetic boundaries, in my relationships, and most importantly… a shift in my relationship with MYSELF! 🌀🌀🌀

These past 4 years have been a whirlwind as I picked myself up from the devastation so many of us experienced. I ebbed and flowed between who I used to be and exploring new ways of being. After taking a HUGE pause from everything, I’m thrilled to say that I’m finally feeling aligned again! 💫

Some key takeaways from this journey? I turned my attention inward. I stopped seeking validation from friends and learned to trust that EVERYTHING I need is already within me - through thought, prayer, and intention. 🌈
