BE CARE LOVE

BE CARE LOVE, because you deserve it.

Most of us have been taught to DO so we can HAVE so we can BE. Have you ever asked yourself when will the "BE" really happen for me? Why not BE, DO, HAVE now? Many times we share what we want to learn in life. BCL or BE CARE LOVE shares with you "BE" Be here Now, in the moment. This unique moment will never occur again in our lives. How special is it that we can enjoy the moment and be. "CARE", an action word that all starts with us first. In order to BE, we must care for ourselves first. Its a belief that we are worthy to just be. "LOVE" is the answer we are all looking for. Whether it be the love we feel for our significant other, our children, God (however you define..), its what we all desire. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

High Fat Diet Lowers Death Risk and Excess Carbohydrates May Raise It

A diet rich in fats leads to longevity!

Researchers instead indicate their findings suggest too many carbohydrates are actually raising our risk for early death. These findings d

Most humans believe that love is something you get, that it is an emotion, that it has to be deserved, and that the more they give away, the less they will have. The opposite is the truth. Lovingness is an attitude that transforms one's experience of the world. We become grateful for what we have instead of being prideful. We express our lovingness when we acknowledge others and their contributions to life and to our conveniences. Love is not an emotion, but a way of being and relating to the world.

[07/16/16]   A solid reminder!

The Dash
by Linda Ellis

I read of a man who stood to speak
At the funeral of a friend

He referred to the dates on her tombstone
From the beginning to the end

He noted that first came her date of her birth
And spoke the following date with tears,

But he said what mattered most of all
Was the dash between those years

For that dash represents all the time
That she spent alive on earth.

And now only those who loved her
Know what that little line is worth.

For it matters not how much we own;
The cars, the house, the cash,

What matters is how we live and love
And how we spend our dash.

So think about this long and hard.
Are there things you’d like to change?

For you never know how much time is left,
That can still be rearranged.

If we could just slow down enough
To consider what’s true and real

And always try to understand
The way other people feel.

And be less quick to anger,
And show appreciation more

And love the people in our lives
Like we’ve never loved before.

If we treat each other with respect,
And more often wear a smile

Remembering that this special dash
Might only last a little while.

So, when your eulogy is being read
With your life’s actions to rehash

Would you be proud of the things they say
About how you spent your dash?"

[07/09/16]   Enlightening Quotes to inspire and create desire to.....Be Care Love

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” – Denis Waitley
“Maturity is the ability to think, speak and act your feelings within the bounds of dignity. The measure of your maturity is how spiritual you become during the midst of your frustrations.” – Samuel Ullman

“Enlightened leadership is spiritual if we understand spirituality not as some kind of religious dogma or ideology but as the domain of awareness where we experience values like truth, goodness, beauty, love and compassion, and also intuition, creativity, insight and focused attention.” – Deepak Chopra
“Great men are they who see that spiritual is stronger than any material force – that thoughts rule the world.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“I think any spiritual experience that’s worthwhile is not about ego and it will humble you in some way. And also, a Zen monk once said to me, ‘If you’re not laughing, then you’re not getting it.'” – David O. Russell

“Spirituality can release blocks, lead you to ideas, and make your life artful. Sometimes when we pray for guidance, we’re guided in unexpected directions. We may want a lofty answer and we get the intuition to clean our bedroom. It can seem so humble and picky and that you don’t necessarily think of it spiritual guidance.” – Julia Cameron
“Live each moment completely and the future will take care of itself. Fully enjoy the wonder and beauty of each moment.”
― Paramahansa Yogananda

The struggle ends when the gratitude begins...

"The clarity of your own reflection speaks more truth than your surroundings." Jimmy Nguyen

[05/22/16]   Were a country that spends 95% of our healthcare dollars on treating illness, and less than 5% on staying well and preventing it. How mixed up is that? The paradigm needs to change. And the changes begins with how we choose to see ourselves as purveyors of health or conveyors of disease.

Brain Health Begins in Your Gut

Change your diet, change your life... The organisms living within our gut play a pivotal role in regulating the process of inflammation. Inflammation is the cornerstone of our most dreaded brain conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, autism, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, as well as other issues like coronary artery disease, cancer, and diabetes. Even depression is now looked upon as being an inflammatory disorder, and as such, relates back to the health of the gut bacteria. Approximately 90 percent of the so-called neurotransmitters are manufactured in our gut. The future of medicine is a holistic play and its not a trend. Back to basics.
