Big shout out to all of our customers who are noticing changes and appreciate them. Your kind words are making this transition so much easier. It is with great pleasure that we announce the new/old name of our Salon,and the new/old owner. Our one and only Penny Murphy has returned as the owner,and has returned it back to its original name Penny’s Pioneer!

It’s all about the restrictions!!!! 😷

COVID-19 Phase 1 Reopening
Anticipated Date is May 15, 2020
We are so excited and very eager to reopen our salon.
However we must do so cautiously.
As we enter into uncharted territory, we ask for your patience. We recognize the needs of all of our clients and we are commited to making every effort possible to meet those needs to the best of our ability. The Phase 1 restrictions will surley affect our timley response to meeting your needs. Please know that we value each and everone of you!
Most of all, we are committed to doing our part to ensure your saftey and well being, along with the saftey and well being of our staff. This is paramount to us.
In addition to our usual protocols, we are dedicated to upgrading our already stringent cleaning rituals to comply with Virginia's COVID-19 mandates.
You, our clients, will play a great roll in our success.
All clients will be required to wear a mask while in the salon.
If you have experienced any covid symptoms in the 14 days prior to your appointment or have a fever the day of your appointment please reschedule.
Our salon will operate under an appointment only policy.
(no walk ins)
Phase 1 along with our personal effort will limit our salon capacity. Only ONE client per stylist will be permitted in the salon at any given time.
Clients will be required to wait in the parking lot for their appointment. Your stylist will come out to es**rt you into the salon when they are ready for you.
