Who said we only have one purpose?

Sometimes our purpose is found in the simplest moments..being there for a friend, holding someone we love when they need support, helping an elderly person, making someone laugh, rescuing an animal or simply holding the door for a stranger.

We don’t have to have this grand scheme to change the whole world to make a difference. Every day gives us opportunities to bring a little more kindness, love and compassion into someone else’s life.

Look for those moments. Because when we show up for others, something beautiful happens within us too. Our own hearts become a little fuller, a little softer and a little more at peace. ❤️

I love a healthy breakfast and absolutely LOVE learning and connecting with like minded people. It’s going to be an amazing week, so grateful to be here.

What are you afraid of?

Are you afraid of judgement? Haven’t you been judged before and lived through it?

Are you afraid of being alone? Haven’t you been lonely and yet you’re still here? Still connecting.

Are you afraid of getting hurt? Haven’t you already been hurt and survived it?

We create so many stories in our heads and replay them over and over again which our truth and stifles our dreams. Put things in perspective and remember these stories you tell yourself are not reality.

Remember, what you’re afraid of you’ve already conquered in another situation. So move forward my friend in confidence because you already got this!

Be the medicine for others that you wished you had when you needed it the most.

Feeling grateful for a relaxing holiday weekend that gave me space to slow down, breathe a little deeper, recharge and simply enjoy my life.
