I wanted to share where my focus is right now 🤍
Through Holistic Healing and Health (HHH), we’re building a long-term, whole-person program for Veterans and First Responders—beginning with immersive retreats and continuing with structured, ongoing support.

🌟At the moment, I’m focusing conversations and relationship-building in:
Reno/Northern Nevada, North Central Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, and Florida.

HHH is opening the waitlist for our holistic healing program — a single, connected experience designed to support long-term recovery and growth.
This program includes:
✨ A retreat
✨ An 11-week healing continuum
✨ Continued monthly group support
All parts are intentionally woven together as one program, offered at no cost to participants. Space is limited, and joining begins with an RSVP to our waitlist.

HHH Experience | Holistic Healing and At the Holistic Healing and Health Foundation, we offer immersive retreats designed to support whole-person healing, spark new passions through hobby exploration, and create space for meaningful rest and reconnection. Retreats are offered in two main categories:

Support Our Mission | Holistic Healing and Volunteer, Donate, Sponsor, Host a Fundraiser: These roles and activities help the Foundation make holistic healing accessible and promote a healthier, more balanced way of living for everyone.

Healing doesn’t happen in silos.

At Holistic Healing and Health (HHH), we’re building a trauma-informed continuum of care for Veterans and First Responders — blending evidence-based support with holistic healing to address PTSD, burnout, and long-term recovery.

This work only moves forward with the right people alongside us.
