🔆" What's the ONE thing I should do to take care of my skin?" I get asked this all the time, mostly by people who can't commit to a routine. I get it. My answer is always the same. . ‼️

Only 20% of pre mature aging is genetic, the other 80% is caused by environmental factors. Sunscreen is your first line of defense against sun damage, spots, lines and wrinkles. It's cheap and goes on in less than 30 seconds. You have no excuses!

⁉️Why ?? The sun is not our friend (after we get the 20 min of recommended Vitamin D, of course). Sunscreen includes active ingredients that help prevent the sun’s UV radiation from reaching your skin. Here’s how the two types of sunscreen work for you:

The golden rule of skincare: "what you do everyday matters the most."

Why aren't you getting results with your skincare? It's your lack of consistency. I promise you can't get Botox/ needling/ peels every month and do nothing in between and expect your skin to change.

Our skin cells shed every day and if you're not nourishing your skin with vitamins and ingredients designed for your skin, your skin will never respond the way you want it to.
