First, I want to say thank you. Your support means more than you know, and because of each of you, I've been able to continue growing my small business and doing what I truly love every day.

With that being said, I do need to make an important change moving forward.

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I will be enforcing my cancellation/no-show policy. While I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, frequent missed appointments have a significant impact on my business.

I truly appreciate your understanding, kindness, and continued support. Thank you for choosing me, trusting me with your hair, and helping my small business grow. I couldn't do this without all of you, and I'm so grateful for each and every one of you. 🤍
