Hello! We had a little Thanksgiving last night. People who know me know I LOVE Thanksgiving-family together, good food and chat time. Yesterday, Katie and Luke came over after school. Outside playtime was so fun!! I'm almost accidentally got hit 3 times with a plastic boomerang Lukie tried to throw-LOL! Sandbox play, soccer ball kicking and of course tennis ball throwing for our Lola Girl. On the menu-tenderloin and mashed potatos, leftover tacos and rice and day old Stracks chicken. As we are eating a surprise visit from Lindsay and Steven, Elmie and Scrappy-the family was all here!! The girls were talking and said even if they aren't hungry they always have to hit the fridge and find something good. I asked if that;s why they come? for the food? Katie chimed in, "No, I just like being here"-touched my heart more than you can imagine. Our house isn't fancy, food is just tasty but we are so glad, our family knows they are always loved and welcomed here. Ok, that's it.
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!! Go CHIEFS!! Minus all the Taylor Swift BS-so sad all her hype is taking away from the game!! I'm a Patrick Mahomes fan-he's so cool!!
