Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certified I am a licensed massage therapist in Cullman, AL.
I obtained my certification at Massage Therapy Institute in Decatur, AL. During my training I developed a solid foundation in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Prenatal Massage. I've taken continued education training for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Himalayan Salt Stone massage, as well as introduction to cupping and TMJD. I will continue to take advanced training courses in order to bring a constant fresh approach to my work
I also hold a 200hr Yoga Certification from Ally Ford Yoga in Tampa FL and 20hr Stand up Paddleboard Yoga Certification. An interest in movement, muscles, and the Mind/Body connection led me to explore Massage and Yoga. I have taught yoga for over 7 years. I bring a compassionate, yogic approach to all my bodywork.
