If you're a counselor in the Forsyth, Dawson, or surrounding area, we'd love to have you join us next Thursday for our first Community Group this fall. Our hearts are to build connection and strengthen community among Christian counselors. This is not a networking group, but rather a place where you can be with others who do this work and be refreshed through a time of sharing and prayer. Bring your lunch, bring a friend, and lean in. Thank you ALL for a wonderful spring series of Table Talks in the books. I am so grateful for all the women, who gather around the table with me to dive into our neurobiology and learn practical skills for mental wellness that are rooted and grounded in a Biblical worldview. Just like our brain and body benefits from exercise for physical wellness, we also benefit from exercises for mental wellness. I hope to see you ALL in August!!!

Today was special. For the first time, I was able to take a group of women into what I consider to be a sacred space. . . It's a space where I have the honor of walking alongside clients, who have experienced hard things. . .And it's a space that was created in an act of obedience to Jesus' call on a family's life and is continually and prayerfully being curated to serve others. Thank you for inviting us into your space AND sending us home with delicious lettuce from your garden.✨️
