Did I alllllmost forget a before pic? Um, YES! Caught myself mid-foil 🤪 A “Back to Blonde” sesh was so overdue for this precious guest 🤍

🧡🤍 7 hours of color correction… so worth it!

Artificial black hair color is hands down one of the hardest colors to shift when a client is ready to move on. In the 1st picture, you can see my guest exercised some MAJOR patience while attempting to grow out her old color (not done by me). In photo #2, I began the artificial color removal process. We were both pleasantly surprised that her old color shifted beyond our first round expectations. Her goal was to leave her new growth untouched which we were able to do. Just look at how well the black lifted and we were able to maintain her hair’s integrity! Next up, adding dimension similar to her goal in picture #3. I’ll be sure to update 🖤➡️🤎

That shine ✨ I gave this guest subtle babylights and foiliage so that she can go 6+ months in between visits. Less is more when you have a client that wants to stretch to twice per year. It’s actually harder for me to pump the breaks and not over-foil vs packing them in there, lol! I’m working on exercising restraint when it comes to my low maintenance blondies.
